Small enough for direct access.
Experienced enough for complex systems.

We build custom ERP and production software for organisations with complex workflows. We combine deep process understanding with direct collaboration and software that adapts to the business – not the other way around.

01

Direct communication

You work directly with the people analysing, designing and building your project. That means requirements are not diluted as they pass through multiple layers, and questions can be resolved quickly. Open feedback matters just as much to us – in both directions. If we see a better technical or process-related approach, we will raise it instead of simply implementing a requirement as written.

02

Speed through short iterations

We do not try to define every detail of a complex project months in advance. Instead, we work in short iterations and show working results early. This allows feedback to be discussed directly on the actual application rather than only through concepts or specifications. Decisions become faster, misunderstandings surface earlier and initial ideas evolve step by step into a robust solution.

03

Cross-industry experience as a tool

We deliberately work across industries and see that as an advantage. Many challenges share common patterns even when processes and constraints look very different at first. This allows us to combine approaches proven in areas such as pharma, manufacturing or automotive and apply them to new problems. At the same time, every application remains tailored to the actual workflows of the individual organisation.

04

Ownership beyond launch

Our work does not end with the go-live of version 1.0. If required, we take care of maintenance, support and the long-term operation of the applications we build and continue developing them together with you. New requirements, changing processes or additional integrations can be added step by step. We also support training and the rollout of new functionality so the software continues to create value in day-to-day operations, not just technically.

How we work

Domain experts and developers at the same table.

For us, the best solutions emerge when process expertise and technical implementation come together directly. That is why we work closely with the people who actually understand the workflows and use them every day. Requirements are not passed through multiple layers, but challenged, prioritised and translated into working software as early as possible. This creates a shared understanding of what the application really needs to achieve.

From the first workshop to continuous improvement in live operation, communication stays direct and responsibilities remain clear.

Your process. Our next question.

Is it technically feasible — and worth it?

In an initial conversation, we clarify processes, system landscape and target state — without a sales marathon, but with a useful technical assessment.
