2. Technical operation of the website

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider selected for production may process technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, time, requested resource and browser information). Add the actual hosting provider, retention periods and legal basis before publication.

3. Contact

If you contact us by email, phone or contact form, we process the information you provide to handle your enquiry. In the current project, if no form endpoint is configured, the form only hands the message off to the user’s local email application.

4. External services

The delivered project includes no analytics, tracking, map, video or captcha services. If services such as Calendly, Microsoft Bookings, Google Analytics, Matomo or a form provider are added later, this section must be updated and consent management may be required.

5. Data subject rights

Subject to the GDPR, individuals generally have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The final wording should be legally reviewed.
